Driving Lessons

I thought I was a pretty good driver. But the other day these two men (may or may not be the actual photos) thought otherwise.

The first was a very nice police officer who thought I shouldn't be driving with expired tags. Geez, so picky! He didn't write me up for failing to turn my headlights on while it was raining or for failing to keep an updated proof of insurance form in my car. He let me go with just a fix-it ticket. I really really really hate being in trouble. I think the only thing that got me through was the excitement of my 4 year old sitting in the back. The policeman's lights were flashing AND he came to talk to US! Jack thought this was the best day ever.
The second guy was not so nice and I think may have had one or two fingers extended...it's hard to remember. He also had a very well functioning horn. Which he demonstrated for us as he SLOWLY drove by. Apparently I wasn't supposed to slow down when pulling to the side of the road. Who knew? Thankfully my kids were oblivious to the "man with horns".
In all seriousness it was a horrible experience. Who does that? After I stopped wishing horrible things upon this man I started feeling sorry for him. Carrying that much anger and hatred around is no way to live. He must be a very unhappy person.

So Sorry! That's the worst. I'm glad that Jack enjoyed it so much, to bad he couldn't get out and sit in his car. :)
